Spam Filters in Shared Hosting
In case you decide to host your domain names with our company and you select any of our Linux shared hosting, you will be able to enable spam filtering for any email address that you create. With a couple of clicks of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can configure five different protection levels. In case you still get spam emails or the filters start preventing authentic messages from entering your mailbox, you can change the level just as easily. The quality of our spam filtering solution is guaranteed by one of the most famous email filters – SpamAssassin. If you don’t want to risk missing an authentic email that may be mistaken for spam due to its content, you can also set up custom email filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the email message and redirect the emails to some other email address where you can review them later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you take advantage of one of our semi-dedicated service, you won’t have to worry about spam email messages clogging your mailboxes all the time, as you can take advantage of the famous SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we offer with every semi-dedicated server account. Our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to enable the filter for any mailbox with several mouse clicks and you can select one of the five protection levels – from very high to very low. The level can be altered at any moment if, for instance, authentic emails get blocked, or if junk emails go through and appear in your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered emails to be redirected to a special email account such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. Thus, you can examine them every now and then to make sure that you haven’t omitted an authentic message.
